We collect your personal data you voluntarily provide when first meeting with us (such as via our contact form or e-mail address). The data to be collected follow from the respective data entry form. The data you provide us with are used for your application processing. After your application processing and settlement, your data are blocked against further use and deleted after the elapse of the relevant compulsory archiving period, unless you provide the express consent to their further use or unless we reserve the right to use your data further in the scope permitted by law and communicate with you later on.
If you contact us with a job application in response to one of our advertised vacancies and send us your data by e-mail or via our portal for job seekers, then we process your data in the scope of the data provided by you for this purpose. Your data are solely processed for this single purpose or for the following steps of your recruitment and employment contract execution and if no legal relationship between you and us is established then these data are deleted after six months, unless you consent to their longer archiving. For this purpose we need the compulsory data specified in these documents, or else we may not be able to cater for your application or may only be able to process it incompletely.
Your personal data are stored subject to the purpose for which they were processed. In compliance with the principle of limited storage pursuant to Art. 5 (1) letter e) of GDPR personal data may only be stored for the minimum period necessary for their processing.
