This personal data protection statement is to inform you about how we process your personal data. We are aware of the importance of personal data processing for the user and therefore we comply with all applicable legislation. Protection of your privacy is our top priority and compliance with data protection legislation goes without saying.

Our procedures concerning personal data protection are in compliance with the relevant data protection rights, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation of the EU (GDPR).

Your personal data to be processed

The personal data you provide us with and we process serve for execution of the contract with you and its implementation, which would not be possible without these data. These data include:

  • Name and surname
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • E-mail address
  • Bank details and account number
  • In the case of the recruitment process also your CV and/or photograph,

Legal basis

Your data are generally processed on the following legal basis:

  • Justified interest of a third party of the controller: Art. 6 (1) letter f of EU GDPR
  • Procedures related to contract negotiation and preparation and the contractual relationship implementation: Art. 6 (1) letter b of EU GDPR
  • Legal obligation such as compulsory archiving: Art. 6 (1) letter c of EU GDPR

Data accumulation and use for networking

We collect your personal data you voluntarily provide when first meeting with us (such as via our contact form or e-mail address). The data to be collected follow from the respective data entry form. The data you provide us with are used for your application processing. After your application processing and settlement, your data are blocked against further use and deleted after the elapse of the relevant compulsory archiving period, unless you provide the express consent to their further use or unless we reserve the right to use your data further in the scope permitted by law and communicate with you later on.

Job applicant data

If you contact us with a job application in response to one of our advertised vacancies and send us your data by e-mail or via our portal for job seekers, then we process your data in the scope of the data provided by you for this purpose. Your data are solely processed for this single purpose or for the following steps of your recruitment and employment contract execution and if no legal relationship between you and us is established then these data are deleted after six months, unless you consent to their longer archiving. For this purpose we need the compulsory data specified in these documents, or else we may not be able to cater for your application or may only be able to process it incompletely.

Personal data storage

Your personal data are stored subject to the purpose for which they were processed. In compliance with the principle of limited storage pursuant to Art. 5 (1) letter e) of GDPR personal data may only be stored for the minimum period necessary for their processing. After the elapse of this minimum period, personal data may only be stored further for the purpose of archiving in public interest.

Personal data disclosure

Your personal data will mainly be disclosed within our company but they may also be provided or made accessible to the third parties (with registered seat in or outside the Czech Republic). The possible recipients of your personal data include:

  • Our suppliers for logistic purposes (supply of goods and services) – contract implementation.
  • Our partners for the purpose of registration, complaint procedure and feedback for improvement of goods and services provided to our customers – legitimate interest (goods and service improvement).
  • Auditors – legal liability fulfilment.
  • Corporate IT – on the basis of legitimate interest. This includes outsourcing of IT services and potential access to personal data in the context of IT system administration.
  • Government bodies - tax offices, health insurance companies, social security administration, courts of justice, court distrainers etc. - on the basis of legal liability fulfilment.

Every third party receiving your personal data for the above given purposes (unless under legal liability) is bound by an agreement laid down, inter alia:

  • The liability to protect the personal data
  • The confidentiality commitment
  • The liability to cooperate in inspection of compliance with GDPR.

Cookies policy, IP address follow up and other means of technological monitoring

We do not use any means of follow-up, analysis and evaluation of cookies, IP addresses and other electronic marks.

Profiling on the basis of personal data

Senior Flexonics Czech s.r.o. does not perform profiling on the basis of the provided personal data.

Right to information and contact

You are entitled to free information about personal data we process about you, and to potential correction, restriction of use or erasure of these data and to data portability. In the case of any questions or requests related to your personal data processing, if you want to withdraw your consent to their processing or file an objection against the processing or use of your data, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are prepared to provide full information services to you or help you assert your legal rights.
